Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist, based in Marrakesh, with some flexibility for remote work. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within the company's systems. Additional tasks may include maintaining records, ensuring data quality, assisting with basic administrative duties, and responding to internal inquiries regarding data-related issues. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company confidentiality policies will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, high accuracy in Typing, and proficient Computer Literacy
  • Excellent Communication skills and a professional approach to Customer Service
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks like file organization or recordkeeping
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
  • Proficiency in office software and data processing tools
  • Experience in a travel industry or destination management company is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, or Spanish) are a plus
