About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing campaigns from end to end for both e-commerce brands and service-based businesses. This is a hands-on role where you will own the full lifecycle of email marketing — from strategy and build to optimisation and reporting.

You will be responsible for creating and managing automated flows and campaigns using Klaviyo and Brevo, ensuring emails are commercially effective, on-brand, and compliant with best practices.

This role is based on-site in our Marrakech office and works closely with senior management, designers, and wider marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Create and optimise automated flows, including:
  • Welcome series
  • Abandoned cart / browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase flows
  • Win-back and re-engagement flows
  • Service-based nurture sequences
  • Manage and maintain Klaviyo and Brevo accounts
  • Segment audiences effectively to improve engagement and conversions
  • Write or coordinate compelling email copy aligned with brand tone and objectives
  • Set up A/B tests for subject lines, content, and send times
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue)
  • Optimise campaigns based on data and insights
  • Ensure deliverability best practices are followed
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant email practices
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing leads to ensure consistency across campaigns
  • Produce clear performance reports and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in email marketing, ideally across both e-commerce and service businesses
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (essential)
  • Experience using Brevo (or similar ESPs)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Email automation and flows
  • Segmentation and personalisation
  • Conversion optimisation
  • Deliverability best practices
  • Ability to manage campaigns independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written English (copy quality is important)
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting campaign data
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing for service businesses
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or accounts at once
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email editing
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing via Klaviyo or Brevo
