CORAL Project Coordinator – Finance & Administration
We are looking for a
highly skilled profile
to handle the
administrative and financial aspects
of the CORAL project during its first phase. The position reports directly to the
Finance Department (DAF)
.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the
CORAL project team
: collect the financial and administrative information required by the Finance Department and act as the
Finance Department's representative
within the project. - Manage and coordinate operational, logistical, and financial teams
related to the acquisition of CORAL CAPEX, ensuring compliance with administrative and P2P regulations for smooth project execution. - Monitor on-site
grant-related documentation
with suppliers and operational teams. - Handle
administrative interactions with the client (Boeing)
, responding to requests and completing required forms. - Support other
finance-related tasks
associated with the CORAL project.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in
English
– mandatory. - Strong
finance background
– mandatory. - Minimum
5 years of professional experience
– mandatory. - Previous experience in a
large industrial company
working with international clients and suppliers – mandatory. - Experience in
project management and cross-functional coordination
– preferred. - Familiarity with
SAP
– preferred.
