Your Role as an Production Supervisor

• Ensure the induction of all newcomers (including temporary staff) and organize training actions.
• Analyze flexibility and polyvalence needs; define and follow up on training plans to develop team autonomy and a spirit of improvement.
• Monitor operator certifications and update the polyvalence matrix in real-time. Perform daily On-the-Job Training (OJT) on standards.
• Guarantee compliance with HSE and site rules by the APTs and anyone entering the perimeter.
• Ensure that work instructions are updated for every station, including rework.
• Propose weekly APZ headcounts and organization to the APU Manager, consistent with the MPS.
• Ensure production while respecting SQCDM targets and inventory levels.
• In case of a problem not solved by the APT, define and verify containment and corrective actions with support functions/management.
• Review perimeter QRAPs daily and react quickly to issues, escalating to the APU level if necessary.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain on daily MPS priorities and respect the daily MPS contract.

What we are looking for

• Bac+3 in industrial or mechanical management.
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Team management skills are a must.
