We are looking for

Production Supervisor

at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

• Follow and update requests from unforeseen logistics hazards based on the attainment indicator.

• Participate in the "pre-MPS" meeting and monitor compliance with the production plan following.

• Supervises staff to produce compliant products, organizes and monitors workflow.

• Animate the APU meeting & update the action plan according to the standard based on the information provided. (Performance indicators, safety, specific events, workshop,...)

• Periodically check the condition and presence of equipment

• Treat an anomaly, malfunction, risk by following the QRQC UAP approach after the escalation of the shift leader.

• LPA & 5S Audit & Controls regularly of production procedures

• Drives continuous improvement actions

Job requirements

• Bac +3 or Bac +5 in industrial engineering

• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role

• Proven experience in the field of automotive wiring system

• Technical knowledge in the quality of tools. (5 why, 5S, 7 Mudas )

• Dynamic and voluntary with a good sense of leadership

• Motivated with a results-oriented approach

• Languages (English - French-Arabic)
