As we continue to expand, we are looking for a versatile and motivated Polyvalent Assistant to support our recruitment and content creation operations.
Job Description
We are looking for a Polyvalent Assistant who will take on a dual role as Talent Acquisition Assistant for our TikTok Livestream Agency and Content Creator for our digital marketing projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, confident, and passionate about social media.
Main Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (TikTok Livestream Agency)
- Search, identify, and recruit potential livestream hosts from social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Communicate with candidates, present opportunities, and attract them to join our agency.
- Assist in interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Help build a strong network of creators and talents.
2. Content Creation (Agency & Clients)
- Create videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Participate in shoots and short-form video production.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral formats.
- Be comfortable in front of the camera for content when needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce content for the agency and our partners.
Required Profile
- Good-looking, presentable, and comfortable being filmed (content creation + social media presence).
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Experience with content creation (basic shooting/editing is a plus).
- Ability to attract and convince potential talents.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, or recruitment is a plus but not required.
