Nous recherchons un Revenus Manager Talentueux (se) et motivé ( e) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Mission Principale:

Optimiser le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité de l'hôtel à travers la gestion stratégique des tarifs, la prévision de la demande, l'optimisation des canaux de distribution et l'analyse des performances commerciales.

Responsabilités et Tâches principales:

stratégie et pricing:

Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégies de tarification(Yield Management).

Elaborer les grilles tarifaires en fonction de la saisonnalité, des segments de marché et des événements.

Ajuster quotidiennement les prix et les restrictions pour maximiser le RevPAR.

Prévision et Analyse

Etablir des prévisions de ventes.

Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI).

Identifier les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les opportunités de croissance.

Distribution et E-commerce:

Gérer les canaux de distribution.

Optimiser la visibilité et la compétitivité de l 'hôtel sur les plateformes en ligne.

Superviser le contenu et les promotions sur les canaux de réservation.

Coordination interne:

Collaborer avec le service commercial pour mettre en place des offres ciblées.

Coordonner avec la réception et la réservation pour appliquer les stratégies tarifaires.

Participer aux réunions de direction et présenter des rapports de performance.

Compétences requises:

Maîtrise du Revenue Management, Yield Management et des outils de réservation( PMS, Channel Manager)

Connaissance des marchés hôteliers à Marrakech et au Maroc.

Maîtrise des OTA (Booking, Expedia) GDS et stratégies digitales.

Compétences en analyse de données et reporting.

Bonne Communication et esprit de collaboration.

Profil recherché:

Bac+3/5 en gestion hôtemière, commerce ou management.

Expérience confirmée( 3 à 5 ans minimum) en Revenue Management, de préférence dans l'hôtellerie 4/5 étoiles.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ( l'arabe est un atout).

Rigueur, sens de l'analyse, proactivité et orientation résultats.

Conditions de travail:

Poste basé à Marrakech.

Contrat: CDI.

Horaires: Selon les besoins de l'activité, avec flexibilité.

Rémunération: A partir de 10 000dhs à définir selon profil.
