Role Overview
As a Junior Pre-Sales, you will support the sales team by managing lead follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and pre-sales activities, while helping translate client needs into appropriate nexaya solutions.
You will work under the Head of Sales, collaborating closely with account executives and technical teams to ensure opportunities are well qualified, followed up, and accurately tracked throughout the sales cycle.
This role is ideal for a junior profile in Morocco seeking hands-on exposure to tech sales, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Conduct timely
follow-ups with prospects and qualified leads
under the guidance of the Head of Sales. - Track lead status, next steps, and interactions across the sales funnel.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date
sales pipeline in our CRM
.
Lead Qualification & Discovery Support
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule and participate in
discovery and introductory calls
with prospects. - Document client needs, timelines, and decision processes.
Pre-Sales & Solution Support
- Support the sales team in preparing
solution presentations, service overviews, and demos
. - Assist in aligning client pain points with nexaya's cybersecurity and digital transformation offerings.
- Contribute to
RFP/RFQ responses
and client questionnaires.
Proposal & Follow-Up Coordination
- Assist in preparing and customizing
commercial proposals and pitch decks
. - Ensure proposals are
sent, followed up, and updated
based on client feedback.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Report pipeline status, follow-up actions, and key metrics
to the Head of Sales
on a weekly basis. - Coordinate with
IT, cybersecurity, project management, and delivery teams
to ensure solution feasibility. - Escalate risks or stalled opportunities when needed.
Qualifications & Profile
- 1–3 years of experience
in pre-sales, sales support, IT, or consulting (internships included). - Educational background in
IT, engineering, business, or related fields
. - Strong communication skills in
French and English
. - Comfortable using
CRM tools
and professional outreach channels. - Strong interest in
B2B tech services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
