Service coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven individual capable of managing communications efficiently with clients and suppliers while ensuring the smooth execution of their responsibilities. A strong command of Microsoft Office, a minimum B2 level in English, and a valid driving license are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth and effective communication.
• Coordinate and schedule services according to client needs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Efficiently manage resources to optimize service delivery while minimizing costs.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project updates and address any challenges.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
