We are seeking an energetic 
Regional Product Engineer
 to join our Morocco team and help drive our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality product documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Generate fresh ideas and update content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Test products and analyze information needed to create or revise documentation.
  • Review and edit content produced by team members.
  • Translate product strings and materials into French and/or Arabic.
  • Design and deliver customer training, including onsite, online, and webinar sessions, on product and technology topics.
  • Develop engaging training course materials and continually enhance our training platform.
  • Track, analyze, and follow up on reported product issues until resolution.
  • Collaborate with product engineers and development teams to discuss and resolve product challenges.
  • Document workflows and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Networking or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong command of English/French—written, spoken, and reading comprehension.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with networking models and protocols is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong project-management skills and a keen eye for detail.
