Role Description

The Anti-fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating suspicious transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating chargebacks, identifying potential fraud patterns, conducting detailed fraud analysis, and providing recommendations to improve fraud prevention strategies. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop insights and enhance security measures while maintaining effective communication to report findings and propose workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Fraud Prevention, Fraud Analysis, and handling Chargebacks
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve problems
• Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with teams and present findings effectively
• Proficiency in using fraud analytics tools and related technology
• Ability to work collaboratively and perform under tight deadlines
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
