Role Overview

We are seeking a talented 3D Exhibition & Stand Designer to join our dynamic team in the Tangier Region. In this role, you will be the creative force behind translating exhibition and stand concepts into visually compelling, photorealistic 3D designs that elevate brand storytelling and product presentation. Your work will directly contribute to impactful trade show displays, corporate exhibitions, and event environments, bridging the gap between abstract ideas and tangible, engaging experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3D Design Execution: Develop detailed 3D models and immersive visualizations for exhibition stands, booths, and showcase spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identities, client briefs, and project specifications.
  • Concept Visualisation: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and stakeholders to interpret design concepts (from sketches, mood boards, or verbal descriptions) and transform them into realistic 3D renderings that highlight spatial flow, aesthetics, and functional elements.
  • Rendering Excellence: Prepare rendering scenes with precise lighting, textures, materials, and camera angles to deliver high-resolution, lifelike outputs that accurately reflect the final physical design, aiding client decision-making.
  • Iterative Refinement: Revise and optimize 3D models based on feedback from design teams, clients, or project managers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to address design feasibility, material constraints, or construction challenges, translating technical requirements into visually viable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a focus on exhibition, spatial, or commercial interior projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp).
  • Strong expertise in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Redshift, Arnold) to produce photorealistic and stylised renderings.
  • Understanding of exhibition design principles, including spatial organization, visitor flow, branding integration, and product highlighting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard materials (e.g., fabrics, metals, composites) and basic construction processes to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and articulate design choices to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-rendering graphic adjustments and visual enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AutoCAD for 2D drafting, blueprint integration, or technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) to create interactive or immersive previews of exhibition designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing 3D exhibition/stand design projects, including renderings, models, and examples of client satisfaction or successful outcomes.
