Job Overview
Performs maintenance services and repairs for the facility in a corporate or manufacturing site or facility.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

  • Coordination with services (security, cleaning, and gardening)
  • General building maintenance, repair and security, including coordination of sub-contractors.
  • Ensures the maintenance of the building (door, windows, Walls, painting, tracing, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit, lighting, fence mesh, tables, chair …….).
  • follow-up the maintenance of machinery with the service providers.
  • Building security.
  • assembly and dismantling of office furniture.
  • Support plant EH&S initiatives.
  • Coordination of HVAC contracts and maintenance.
  • Building lighting
  • Establish work instructions
  • Set up an action plan
  • Integration of equipment in preventive planning.
  • follow-up of service provider assignment (cleaning and guarding).
  • Ensures the realization of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual and weekly preventive follow-ups.
  • Follow the consumption of industrial supplies
  • Installation of equipment (unpacking, electrical and pneumatic installation, etc.)
  • Minor wall repair and painting
  • Recycling

What Your Background Should Look Like
Educational Degree
Technician diploma in Maintenance and Electricity.

Professional Experience
Over 3 years of professional experience in the Facilities field.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work approximately 75% indoors and 25% outdoors.

Other Important Information
He can move between TE plants according to his manager's instructions.
