We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Outbound Agent to join our team in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

What You'll Do:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Dutch

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Document interactions and follow up on leads

Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge

What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential

Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
