Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to work and live in Casablanca, Morocco? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and empathetic support via phone and email.
Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding products, ensuring questions are answered and orders are placed promptly.
  • Request and collect necessary documentation from customers' payers, and coordinate order entries.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, providing support and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist customers effectively.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C2)
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with care.
  • Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours.
