We are looking for a 
Vehicle Test Engineer
 to join our team at the 
proving ground in Oued Zem
. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing vehicle testing activities to validate performance, safety, and compliance with technical specifications. This position requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in a dynamic testing environment and is eager to work directly on vehicles and advanced test systems.

Your mission

  • Plan and coordinate test procedures to ensure timely and effective execution of test campaigns.
  • Conduct safety and regulatory compliance tests for specified vehicle functions.
  • Perform in-vehicle validation of functions.
  • Prepare comprehensive test environments, including target setup, vehicle instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
  • Record, analyze, and monitor test data to provide accurate performance evaluations.
  • Diagnose and document ECU issues pre- and post-testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support vehicle testing.

Your profile

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Practical experience in vehicle testing or validation (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and ECU diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience with: CANape, CANoe, ODIS Engineering, 4active Systems (targets and software), Measurement Labelling tool.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work 
    on-site at the proving ground in Oued Zem
     and collaborate with international teams.
  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
