Profil recherché:

  • Formation 
    Bac+5
     en achats, supply chain, gestion ou équivalent
  • 10 ans d'expérience minimum
     dans une fonction achats, 
    impérativement dans le secteur du BTP
  • Excellente connaissance des 
    matériaux, équipements et sous-traitants BTP
  • Maîtrise de 
    SAGE 1000
     ou d'un 
    ERP équivalent
     (fortement appréciée)
  • Disposer d'un 
    portefeuille fournisseurs actif
  • Solides compétences en 
    négociation, analyse des coûts et gestion contractuelle
  • Rigueur, dynamisme, sens de l'organisation et 
    esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et orienté résultats

Missions principales:

Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la 
    stratégie achats
     en lien avec les objectifs opérationnels et financiers de l'entreprise
  • Identifier, qualifier, sélectionner et 
    négocier avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants
     (matériaux, équipements, prestations)
  • Optimiser les 
    coûts, délais et qualité
     des achats tout en garantissant la continuité des approvisionnements
  • Gérer et suivre les 
    contrats fournisseurs
    , veiller au respect des engagements contractuels et à la conformité réglementaire
  • Mettre en place et analyser les 
    indicateurs de performance achats (KPI)
     et proposer des plans d'amélioration
  • Superviser le respect des 
    délais d'approvisionnement
     sur les chantiers
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes 
    travaux, finance, logistique et études
     afin d'anticiper les besoins projets
  • Capitaliser et développer un 
    portefeuille fournisseurs stratégique
    , fiable et performant
