Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Specialist located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Specialist will manage customer accounts, handle purchasing processes, and support sales operations. Daily tasks may include coordinating with customers, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth purchasing and supply chain operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to foster client relationships are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Experience in sales and account management, with a focus on developing and maintaining business relationships
- Proficiency in purchasing and understanding procurement processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is an asset
- Knowledge of the elevator industry or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
