Job Purpose
Lead and grow Cipla's Oncology business in Morocco . Define commercial strategies, drive sales growth, strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders (KOLs, hospitals, institutions), and ensure excellence in execution aligned with Cipla's mission of accessible oncology care worldwide.


Key Accountabilities

  • Business & Sales Leadership
  • Achieve and exceed Oncology business objectives (sales, market share, profitability).
  • Develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies for the local and global oncology markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, hospitals, and tender authorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, globally and locally.
  • People & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the oncology sales team for high performance.
  • Conduct joint visits and field coaching to ensure quality execution.
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and performance management aligned with global standards.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
  • Monitor oncology market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments globally.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to management for local and global decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams across regions.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all promotional and commercial activities comply with Cipla policies and international/local regulations.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and governance practices.
  • Financial Management
  • Manage budgets effectively with a global perspective, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Track ROI of marketing and sales initiatives.


Qualification and Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 8–12 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in Oncology or Specialty Care.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of hospital, institutional, and tender business locally and internationally.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical and negotiation skills.
