Our company provides sales and maintenance services for HVAC systems across Canada.

We are looking for a passionate professional in recruitment and talent acquisition to join our team remotely. You will play a key role in the growth of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent who share our values and vision.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Understand team needs and work closely with department managers to define target profiles.
  • Design talent attraction strategies using various channels: job postings, social media, headhunting, etc.
  • Build a strong and appealing employer brand to capture the attention of potential candidates.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple platforms and channels.
  • Pre-screen candidates, organize and conduct interviews, evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Onboarding Support:

  • Ensure a structured onboarding process to foster successful integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to prepare contracts, equipment, and training for new employees.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, candidate satisfaction, etc.).
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or remote environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and work independently.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, with an excellent command of both languages.
