Job Description
IO Solutions is seeking a
Recruiter
to support its Rabat office hiring needs. Reporting to the Recruitment Director, the Recruiter will work closely with internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The role involves sourcing candidates through various external channels and employee referrals, and building a strong talent pipeline. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Manage candidates coming from internal employee referrals from our three PEI sites
• Participate in job fairs and community events organized by associations for more visibility
• Manage intern program by conducting orientations
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Provide appropriate, relevant and timely feedback to applicants
• Maintain employee data up to date
• Conduct Orientation of Employees
• Validate employee references
• Perform other related human resources tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent English and French communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of the Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Professional and punctual
• Dynamic and responsible
• Sense of organization and discretion
• Ability to work both in a team and individually
