ServiceNow Expert (Scoping and Roll-out)

--Casablanca, Rabat--

Context :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert to support our client in the scoping and deployment of their ServiceNow platform. The mission will take place in two distinct phases, with a strong strategic component and the management of service providers.

  • Duration: 1 month
  • Location: Casablanca (on-site with partial remote work)
  • Start date: ASAP

Phase 1 Framing:

  • Facilitating third-party workshops and identifying needs
  • Evaluation of the current situation and definition of the target (as-is/to-be)
  • Drafting of the functional and technical specifications
  • Implementation of project governance (r, committees, escalations)
  • ServiceNow Provider Challenge
  • development of success indicators and change strategy

Phase 2 Roll-out & Optimisation (extension) :

  • Managing the rollout provider for the deployment of the modules
  • Verification of deliverables and compliance with ServiceNow standards
  • Quality monitoring, risk management and arbitration of changes
  • User adoption support and training
  • Implementation of a continuous improvement strategy

Search profile:

  • ServiceNow expert with proven experience in consulting and deployment
  • Ma trise des modules ServiceNow (ITSM, HR-SD, CSM, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices and the ServiceNow standard
  • Experience in managing service providers and leading complex projects
