We are looking for
ServiceNow Consultant
to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team
to join our team. Are you ready to accept the challenge and become part of our success?

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide corrective and evolutive maintenance of ServiceNow applications
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Support end users and participate in incident and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially
    ITSM,CMDB
    and ITOM
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow
  • Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
