As part of the expansion of the academic services at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University's SHBM, we are inviting applications for the position of a Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will be tasked with a series of responsibilities distributed under two main areas: "Planning & Admin" and "Student Services."

Key Responsibilities : 

Planning & Admin :

  • Facilitating administrative formalities for new and returning students at the beginning of the academic year.

  • Maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive databases of students and professors.
  • Collaborating in the execution of the academic calendar, including class scheduling and examination planning.
  • Managing the planification of all cohorts' class councils
  • Overseeing all aspects of exam administration, from planning to result and grades compilation.
  • Handling logistics related to training programs, including meeting professors' logistical needs.
  • Managing academic platforms such as Canvas, Sonis, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

Faculty & quality management : 

  • Assisting in the coordination between various faculty members for smooth academic operations.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures
  • Playing a central role in ensuring the quality of academic processes and courses.
  • Assisting in the evaluation and continuous improvement of course content and teaching methodologies.
  • Collaborating in the assembly of files for accreditations.

Student Services : 

  • Facilitating smooth communication between students and professors, including sending timely updates on schedule changes and exam details.

  • Handling student requests & complaints in a timely manner making sure they are addressed swiftly and professionally.
  • Being part of the student onboarding weeks whether in the organization and the workshops
  • Keeping track of student attendance and generating weekly attendance reports.
  • Preparing essential student documents such as enrollment certificates, proof of residence, and scholarship attestations.
  • Assisting in the closure of the academic year, including diploma audits and certificate distributions.

Qualifications :

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in database management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with academic platforms like Canvas and Sonis
