We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong passion for digital marketing and proven experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms. If you combine an analytical mindset with creative thinking, this role is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact. You will play a key role in driving brand growth and delivering measurable results through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies.
Tasks- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based analytics across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Execute A/B testing strategies (ad copy, visuals, targeting) to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand identity.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and digital advertising trends.
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads Search, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max strategies.
- Solid knowledge of pixel setup, server-side tracking, and attribution models.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
