Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong passion for digital marketing and proven experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms. • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximize ROI.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based analytics across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execute A/B testing strategies (ad copy, visuals, targeting) to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand identity.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and digital advertising trends.

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads Search, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max strategies.
• Solid knowledge of pixel setup, server-side tracking, and attribution models.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
