Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client portfolio.
Your mission will be to prospect, pitch, and close deals for our range of digital marketing services — from brand identity creation to online advertising and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in Marrakech and across Morocco.
- Present and promote our digital marketing solutions (branding, social media, SEO, paid ads, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on service offers and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and result-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in French and/or English (Arabic is a plus).
Compensation
- Commission on results only during the trial period.
- Transition to a fixed salary + commission based on performance and achieved sales targets.
- Opportunity to grow within the agency and manage key client accounts long-term
