Job Purpose
Improve and grow the business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. Improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, thus acquiring new customers
  • Set KPIs and objectives for the Client Service and Business Development team in order to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their requirements
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Meet with customers face-to-face or over the phone
  • Manage the Client Service team in terms of recruitment, training, employee relations, in coordination with the HR Department and Deputy Director for Client Service and Business Development, thus ensuring high client satisfaction, retention and maximized upselling
  • Manage the Business Development team in terms of recruitment, training, employee relations, in coordination with the HR Department and Deputy Director for Client Service and Business Development, thus securing quality meetings that result in properly representing the Company and optimizing the meeting conversion rates
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and visionPerform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
