Location: Rabat, Morocco (On-site)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We are looking for a professional, organized, and motivated General Assistant to support our daily operations, with responsibilities that include sales assistance and social media management. This position is on-site in Rabat and requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support
  • Assist with sales-related activities, customer communication, and follow-ups
  • Support the management of social media accounts, including posting and engagement
  • Respond to messages and comments across social platforms in a timely manner
  • Help coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain organized records and assist with basic reporting

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience as a General Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Practical knowledge or hands-on experience in sales support and/or social media management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Work Conditions

  • On-site position in Rabat only
  • Working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Salary: To be determined based on experience, skills, and background
