You must have:

  • Minimum Bac +3
    in a
    relevant field
    (Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, Administration, or similar) —
    mandatory
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
    in one or more of the following:
  • General Assistant / Administrative Assistant
  • Sales support or customer support
  • Social media assistance or content coordination
  • Good English (spoken & written)

  • Full-time availability (no university classes; students will not be considered)
  • Living in
    Rabat
    , with daily
    on-site presence
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools (training provided)

About the Role

We are hiring a
General Assistant
to support daily operations, sales follow-ups, and basic social media management.

This is a
hands-on, execution-focused, on-site role
that requires consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support
  • Assist with sales follow-ups and client communication
  • Respond to messages via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
  • Support social media posting and basic engagement
  • Maintain organized records, files, and task lists
  • Coordinate daily tasks and support team operations
  • Ensure timely and professional communication

What We're Looking For

  • Bac +3 or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work on-site from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
