We're looking for a
Head of Revenue
: a hands-on operator who can unify
Growth + Sales
into one system, drive disciplined execution, and turn weekly output into compounding results.
This is a leadership role for a hands-on operator who can unify
Marketing, Ads, and Sales
under one revenue system. You will own strategy and execution through a disciplined operating rhythm, lead the internal team, and to make paid acquisition a scalable growth lever.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
1) Lead Marketing, Ads, and Revenue performance end-to-end
- Own total revenue and contribution margin across
DTC + Trade - Define the growth strategy across channels:
paid, CRM, SEO, partnerships, onsite conversion - Build forecasts, set targets, and run weekly KPI-driven decision-making
- Translate business goals into a clear execution plan for the team and partners
2) Own Paid Growth and Ads performance
You will not be the day-to-day media buyer; you will
lead the ads system
- Own the inputs that drive paid performance:
- offer strategy, funnel strategy, landing pages, creative angles, creative briefs, tracking QA
- Establish a structured testing plan and scaling framework with weekly reporting
- Improve efficiency and scalability: MER, CAC, CPA, CVR post-click, contribution margin
3) Build a high-output Creative and Marketing Production system
- Build and run a "creative factory" for performance marketing: concepts, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, creator workflows
- Drive a consistent pace of iterations:
new ad creatives per week
across formats and angles - Coordinate with internal content resources and external creators to ship fast
- Ensure creative supports ads, website conversion, CRM campaigns, and Trade assets
4) Build and run the DTC e-commerce Growth Engine (Shopify)
- Lead onsite growth: merchandising, PDPs, collections, landing pages, bundles, upsells, pricing ladders
- Own CRO roadmap and experimentation program (minimum
1 test per week
) - Improve funnel performance: CVR, AOV, add-to-cart rate, checkout conversion, attach rate
5) Own CRM and retention marketing
- Own lifecycle strategy: flows, segmentation, deliverability, campaign calendar
- Grow repeat purchase, LTV, and CRM contribution to revenue
- Build VIP and loyalty mechanics aligned with a premium brand
6) Drive new product category launches (Go-to-Market)
- Own the commercial launch plan for new categories (from strategy to execution)
- Build launch playbooks: positioning, pricing, offer architecture, landing pages, email sequences, and ads angles
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, sourcing, operations, and creative to deliver on timelines
- Ensure category performance post-launch: merchandising, conversion, repeat purchase, and feedback loops
- Adapt the launch strategy for Trade (lookbooks, spec sheets, samples, and outreach)
7) Build a predictable Trade (B2B) Sales Machine
- Design and enforce the pipeline: lead → meeting → quote → close → repeat
- Implement HubSpot systems: stages, properties, routing, sequences, hygiene standards
- Build playbooks: qualification, quoting templates, follow-up cadence, account expansion
- Improve B2B revenue predictability: meetings, quotes, close rate, repeat accounts
8) Manage the team and scale the org
- Lead and manage the internal
Marketing and Sales
teams and owners - Recruit key roles over time (growth ops, CRM, CRO, sales, sales ops, creative support)
- Establish scorecards and accountability per role
- Run weekly rituals and performance reviews to keep execution fast and disciplined
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Experience
- 7 to 12+ years
in growth, marketing leadership, revenue, e-commerce, or commercial roles - Proven success scaling a
DTC e-commerce
business (Shopify strongly preferred) - Experience leading or heavily influencing
paid acquisition
and creative performance systems - Strong track record building operating systems: dashboards, scorecards, weekly cadence, experimentation
- Bonus: experience structuring
B2B / Trade
sales with pipeline discipline
Skills
- Strong command of
unit economics
: MER, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, contribution margin - Ability to connect
ads creative → funnel → onsite conversion → retention - Strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics (without needing to be the buyer)
- CRO fundamentals, merchandising, offer architecture, and funnel thinking
- CRM fundamentals: flows, segmentation, deliverability, campaign planning
- HubSpot proficiency (or similar CRM) with a Sales Ops mindset
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and execution skills
