Role Overview
Webloo is seeking a
Sponsorship Sales Manager
to join our in-office team in Rabat. This role focuses on selling
sports and event sponsorship packages across Morocco
. The ideal candidate brings a
strong existing network in the Moroccan market
and a proven track record of closing sponsorship deals with local and regional brands.
You will work closely with
sports teams, federations, leagues, and event organizers
to monetize sponsorship rights and develop long-term brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell sponsorship and partnership packages for sports teams, federations, leagues, and live events
- Leverage an existing network of Moroccan brands and sponsors to generate immediate revenue
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals (cash and value-in-kind)
- Customize sponsorship proposals in collaboration with strategy and creative teams
- Manage sponsor relationships from initial contact through contract execution
- Represent Webloo in meetings, events, and partner presentations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling sponsorships in Morocco
- Strong existing relationships with Moroccan brands, agencies, or rights holders
- Background in sports marketing, partnerships, or event sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in
French and Arabic
(English is a plus) - Ability to work
full-time on-site in Rabat
