Role Overview
Webloo is hiring a
Sponsorship Sales Manager
to lead the sale of
sports and event sponsorship packages
to
international and strategic partners
. This role focuses on
English-speaking global brands
and
Chinese companies expanding internationally
.
Based in-office in Rabat, you will work closely with Webloo's leadership team to develop and close
cross-border sponsorship opportunities
across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell sponsorship packages to international brands and multinational companies
- Target global and internal partner organizations across multiple industries
- Lead outbound prospecting and manage inbound partnership opportunities
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals aligned with brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams on activation, execution, and performance reporting
- Build and manage long-term strategic partnerships across regions
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (required)
- Chinese (Mandarin) highly preferred
- Proven experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, or media rights
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Experience working with international or cross-border clients
- Ability to work
full-time on-site in Rabat
Preferred Background
- International sports marketing or sponsorship sales
- Media, rights-holding organizations, or agencies
- Experience working with Chinese or Asian markets
