Head of Reporting and Data Integration

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of how we build and deliver reports across the company. The role is about more than just making dashboards – it is about making sure the right data gets to the right people in a clear and reliable way. You will manage our Power BI environment, keep data connections running smoothly, and work closely with different teams to make sure business performance is understood.
Key things you will do:
- Lead the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Manage data connections between different systems (CRM, finance tools, marketing platforms etc).
- Make sure reports are accurate, up to date, and easy to use.
- Support colleagues with ad hoc analysis when needed.
- Work with IT and other teams to improve how data flows through the business.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience with Power BI, data modelling and DAX.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, and data integration.
- Clear communicator who can explain data to non-technical staff.
- Someone organised, methodical, and able to take ownership of reporting across the business.
This is an office-based role in Agadir.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 7,000.00DH - 11,000.00DH per month
