We are looking for a professional, trustworthy, and highly organized Online Store Operations Specialist to handle daily operations, customer communication, and client follow-ups for our online business.

This role requires excellent English speaking and writing skills, strong customer service abilities, and comfort with international calls, WhatsApp communication, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings on a daily basis
  • Provide high-quality customer support via messages and calls
  • Make international phone calls (mainly to customers in the United States) for:
  • Order follow-ups
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Issue resolution
  • Communicate with shipping and logistics companies when needed
  • Follow up with previous customers to re-engage them and encourage repeat orders
  • Manage and organize a customer database (1,400+ clients)
  • Enter phone numbers and send WhatsApp messages to keep customers engaged
  • Track orders, inventory, and sales data using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
  • Attend weekly or monthly coordination meetings when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
  • Strong phone communication and customer support skills
  • Comfortable making international calls
  • Very good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer data confidentially
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Based in or near Rabat / Temara
  • Experience in customer support, call handling, or online operations
  • Experience managing client databases or CRM systems
