Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Conduct product and process audits to verify adherence to control plans and work instructions.
• Investigate nonconformities, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Coordinate and communicate quality activities, concerns, and improvement actions with Quality AUPs and other departments.
• Support APQP, PPAP, and customer quality requirements throughout production and launch phases.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports in line with IATF 16949 standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve process capability, reduce scrap, and enhance product consistency.
• Track and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction within Forvia Plant (FAS plants), quality assurance, or production in the automotive or textile industry.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
• Excellente communication and interpersonnel skills.
• Fluent in English & French
• Customer orientation/Team Spirit/Autonomy.
