Our mission is to simplify and accelerate real‑estate transactions by connecting buyers, sellers, renters and agents through a single digital platform. We offer a multi‑product portfolio, including a property marketplace, a credit application and processing platform and a valuation tool. We are rapidly expanding our use of AI—chatbots, voice assistants, document automation and intelligent lead qualification—to enhance every touchpoint in our customer journey.
About the Role
As Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the suite of AI tools and services that power Yakeey's multi‑channel intelligent agents. Supported by dedicated engineering and devOps teams, you will focus on orchestrating large language models, voice AI and document‑understanding tools across messaging channels (WhatsApp, web chat, voice) and internal advisor interfaces. Your mission is to ensure these models are correctly integrated, orchestrated and tuned to meet business use cases (automated document verification, customer‑support chatbots, request summarisation, contract generation and lead qualification, lead qualification, catalog discovery, property publication, … ). while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate AI services
by selecting, configuring and integrating conversational AI tools (chatbots, voice assistants, LLM APIs) to handle a variety of customer and agent interactions. - Collaborate with engineering and ops teams
to embed AI services into our micro‑services ecosystem; focus on tool orchestration while infrastructure deployment and maintenance are handled by the supporting teams. - Work closely with product and business stakeholders
to translate functional requirements into AI‑driven solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback. - Ensure model quality and compliance
by conducting evaluations, implementing monitoring and feedback loops. - Document and share best practices
, contributing to internal guidelines for AI development and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Curiosity for next‑generation AI technologies
– Demonstrated interest in or experience with intelligent agents, large language models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures. A "geek" mindset that enjoys exploring and experimenting with emerging AI tools and applying them in practical scenarios. - Solid experience in machine learning engineering, LLM and applied AI.
- Demonstrated experience orchestrating large language models and other AI services (e.g. chatbots, speech recognition) within a product environment.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Langchain or equivalent tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, operations and business teams.
- Experience in fintech, proptech or other regulated domains is an advantage; proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
