We are looking for a
dedicated Mentor
to join our educational team and lead
daily interactive coding workshops
for students and young developers. This is a
paid position
with a monthly salary, under a formal open-ended employment contract compliant with all applicable labor laws.

The Mentor will play a central role in guiding learners through modern programming practices, with a strong focus on
JavaScript, Python, Machine Learning, and AI Agents
. You will design and deliver interactive workshops, review student code, and help participants build real-world projects that strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate
    daily coding workshops
    (online and/or in-person)
  • Review code, provide structured feedback, and support debugging
  • Lead interactive sessions on programming, AI, and data-driven problem-solving
  • Guide learners toward building projects that demonstrate real-world application
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in software development, data engineering, or AI
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with groups of learners
  • Willingness to commit to a
    long-term role
    (2+ years) with daily facilitation duties
