Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Casablanca. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in compliance with the company's protocols. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality outputs by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting minor issues, and adhering to safety and efficiency standards. The role also involves collaborating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and actively participating in process improvements to optimize production performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing minor mechanical or technical issues.
• Understanding of safety protocols, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine schematics or diagrams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to meeting production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a machine operator or production environment role is preferred.
