Job Requirements:

  • Master's Degree/ or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong skills in Materials and failure analysis (microscopy, X-rays, spectroscopy, etc.).
  • A good knowledge of mechanics (tensile testing).
  • A good knowledge of electricity and electronics (insulation and resistance testing)
  • A good knowledge of fluid dynamics (pressure, flow rate, leak testing, etc.)
  • Ability to carry out tests and analyses
  • Reading and interpretation of industrial drawings
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Principal activities

  • Manage the laboratory orders planing
  • Carry out investigations into internal non
  • Conformities and external customer complaints, and draw up detailed laboratory analysis protocols.
  • Manage the laboratory's corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with technical instructions for laboratory testing and control.
  • Perform analytical tests using analysis equipment
  • Document all laboratory work, data analysis and results in accordance with standards.
  • Perform measurements using coordinate measuring machine and microscope
  • Check and maintain equipment in good working order and, where possible, repair apparatus, collect and replace equipment and materials after use, and clean when necessary.
