Mission
As an AI/ML Engineer Intern, you'll be at the heart of our R&D efforts to evolve
Invirtus' proprietary intelligence. Your mission will focus on data preparation, deep
experimentation, and enhancement of multimodal AI models used to evaluate
candidate interactions.
You'll work with senior engineers and founders on:
Research and development of Computer Vision and Speech Analysis algorithms
Experimentation with GenAI-native architectures (LLMs, embeddings,
multimodal transformers)
Building and maintaining data pipelines for large-scale evaluation datasets
Contributing to MLOps practices for model training, versioning, and deployment
Continuous performance benchmarking and improvement of AI systems
Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, and structure diverse datasets (video, audio, transcripts)
Contribute to R&D on proprietary CV and speech models
Experiment with open-source GenAI components and evaluate performance
Support the design of model training and validation pipelines
Collaborate on integrating AI models into production (MLOps, monitoring,
scaling)Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree Data Science, Computer Science or AI-related field
Solid programming skills in Python
Some experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Interest in Computer Vision, Speech Processing, and Generative AI
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for R&D experimentation
Bonus: exposure to transformer-based architectures or MLOps tools
Tech Stack : Python – PyTorch – OpenCV – MediaPipe – ffmpeg - LLMs –
Jupyter – Docker – Git – GCP

6 months Last Year Paid Internship ( PFE )
Based in Rabat (Hybrid is an option)
