Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Tangier. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes and high performance. Responsibilities include managing store staff, implementing retail policies, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, and achieving operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication abilities for interactions with team members and customers
  • Proficiency in Store Management and operational oversight
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention best practices
  • Leadership qualities and team management experience
  • Analytical skills for inventory and financial reporting
  • Prior experience in the retail sector is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
