Internship: Personal Virtual Assistant | Project Manager | Operations Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We are offering a high-intensity, hands-on internship for individuals looking to develop expertise in Project Management, Operations, and Executive Assistance in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

Position: Personal Virtual Assistant | Project Manager | Operations Manager Internship
Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Availability: Almost 24/7 (flexibility required for urgent tasks)

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Operations Support:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing business operations.
  • Learn to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Executive Assistance to the CEO:

  • Organize and manage CEOs schedule, email inbox, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings.
  • Handle urgent matters and ensure follow-ups are executed properly.

Technical & AI Tools Usage:

  • Learn and master Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Planner, Azure Boards, To-Do).
  • Gain experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, Automation Software).
  • Implement workflow automation and digital optimization strategies.
Internship Expectations:

Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
