About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and data-driven Traffic Manager with expertise in running paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and ideally Amazon Ads. This role is focused on planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns to drive measurable results for our automotive clients. English proficiency is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and preferably Amazon Ads
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance goals
- Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Analyze data and generate performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure ad creatives are compelling and aligned with strategy
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with client objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with campaign delivery or tracking
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Experience with tracking tools, pixels, and conversion events setup
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, client services)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- English proficiency (spoken and written) is a bonus
