Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a
Community & Traffic Coordinator (M/F)
based in Casablanca (Morocco).
The
Community & Traffic Coordinator
managing and growing online communities, ensuring engaging and consistent communication across platforms, and coordinating the flow of digital content and campaigns to optimize visibility, traffic, and user interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management
- Manage and animate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.): posts, responses to comments, and private messages.
- Build close relationships with the community and foster a sense of belonging around the brand.
- Moderate interactions to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to adjust the content strategy accordingly.
Content Strategy
- Develop an editorial calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Create and oversee engaging content: visuals, videos, articles, stories, etc.
- Identify digital trends and propose innovative formats to capture audience attention.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor KPIs related to community management and digital campaigns (engagement, impressions, reach, click-through rate, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports to measure performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify best practices and remain competitive.
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and creative teams to align digital actions with overall objectives.
- Propose ideas to enhance cross-media campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Facebook Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong writing skills to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns (SEO, SEA, social ads).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a keen awareness of digital trends.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external).
- Creative mindset and ability to identify trends.
