Engineering Machinery Equipment Management Specialist

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Management, Engineering Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or engineering equipment management
- Solid knowledge of engineering machinery such as excavators, cranes, loaders, bulldozers, and related equipment
- Ability to manage equipment lifecycle, including allocation, operation, maintenance, repair, and disposal
- Experience in developing and implementing equipment maintenance schedules and inspection plans
- Strong understanding of equipment safety standards, operating procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate with operators, maintenance teams, suppliers, and project managers
- Good English proficiency required; able to read technical documents and communicate in English when necessary
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or equipment management systems
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to project-based or field environments
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of spare parts management and equipment cost control
- Experience with international projects or multinational teams
- Familiarity with ERP or equipment management software
