Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Specialist based in Casablanca. The Health Specialist will be responsible for conducting health assessments, developing and promoting health education programs, and ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards. The role involves direct interaction with clients and organizations, providing advice and assistance to enhance overall well-being, and collaborating with teams to promote best practices in health management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Extensive knowledge in Occupational Health, including workplace safety and compliance protocols.
- Background in Medicine with an understanding of medical practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Health Promotion, including planning and implementing wellness programs.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings and build positive relationships.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in health-related fields are preferred.
