About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll design eye-catching visuals for targeted digital ads, helping car dealerships showcase their inventory and drive customer engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing and ad operations teams to ensure creative assets are effective, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics for digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
  • Create visually engaging ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and dealership branding
  • Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats, sizes, and placements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and traffic management teams to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and follow platform requirements
  • Stay up to date on design trends and best practices in digital advertising
  • Manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on digital advertising
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media graphics, or marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools
  • Understanding of design requirements for paid ads (ratios, resolutions, text limits, etc.)
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing for the automotive industry is a plus
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is a bonus
