We are seeking a Quality Controller to join our laboratory team in the packaging field. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, performing laboratory tests, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- Conduct laboratory tests and quality checks on packaging products.
- Analyze results and report findings to the Quality team.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production to maintain high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
- Experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in packaging or FMCG.
- Knowledge of quality standards and testing methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; good communication skills French/ English and Arabic.
- Responsible, proactive, and committed to quality.
