The Rabat center (Morocco), the operational center of Econocom's Services activity's European Remote Services Center, aims to provide effective customer support to existing accounts and contribute to acquiring new customers.

Job :

Your main
main tasks as a Service Desk Agent:

  • Solving technical problems for customers.
  • Processing user requests (calls + emails).
  • Maintaining communication between different support levels.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of service and respecting contractual commitments and the group's security rules.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Education level: MBO 4 in IT / Networks.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both oral and written, is required.
  • Level of professional experience: experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

  • General customer relationship management skills.
