Job Description: Sales Agent (French Speaking)

Location: Rabat & Kénitra, Morocco (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-20:00 PT (Weekends Off)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic French-speaking Sales Agents to join our team. You will work across various industries, including ISP, Banking & Insurance, Energy, and Travel, to drive sales and meet performance targets. This role offers opportunities for growth, uncapped bonuses, and stability through a permanent contract or entry-level training options for inexperienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required; training provided for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by results.
  • Available to work on-site in Rabat or Kénitra.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Bronze Tier (012 months): 4,400 MAD base salary + uncapped target bonus.
  • Silver Tier (1224 months): 4,900 MAD base salary + uncapped target bonus.
  • Gold Tier (24+ months): 5,400 MAD base salary + uncapped target bonus.
  • Comprehensive training program provided every Friday before onboarding.
  • Contract options: CDI (permanent) or ANAPEC (entry-level training contract).
Selection Process:
  1. Initial Screening: Telephone or in-person interview.
  2. Validation: Assessment by production or client teams.
  3. Medical Examination: Required for onboarding.
  4. Onboarding: Weekly training before contract signing and integration into the team.
Additional Information:
  • Interviews are conducted in Salé for Rabat profiles and in Kénitra for Kénitra profiles.
  • Only profiles with valid CS reasons (WORK, FAMILY REUNIFICATION, or EXCEPTIONAL REGULARIZATION) are accepted for non-Senegalese sub-Saharan nationals.
